WUSM OFMD Setup Service

Navigate to the ServiceNow home page. To start, click **Login with your WUSTL Key**. **\*The OFMD Legacy ServiceNow website is separate from the IT ServiceNow website. If you need a link for the Legacy ServiceNow website, there is one at the top of the page.\***

Next, enter your WUSTL key credentials and click **Login.**

After logging in, you will be redirected to the ServiceNow Self Service home page. Click on **Request Services**.

From here, click on **Facilities** tab.

On the **Facilities** tab you'll see various service catalog options. Select, **Facilities Operations: WUSM Setup Service.**

On the next screen, you'll be taken to a form to fill out. Please complete this form with the appropriate information for your setup.

If you are having food at your event, select "Yes" from the drop down. You should also select "Yes" for trash cans. You cannot request recycling bins specifically, so you can instead ask for two trash cans. In the details and special instructions box, you can specify, “Please bring 1 large trash can and 1 large recycling bin.” You will also need to select "Yes" for custodial staffing. Request one person for one hour. If necessary, you can also request additional chairs and tables.

After filling out the form, click **Add to Cart**. If needed, you can add another setup event by following the above steps and adding to your same cart.

You'll then see a pop up regarding your **Order Summary.** It will give you information about your billable fees. Click on the blue **OK** button.

Next, click the blue **Checkout** button.

After you're taken to the checkout screen, click the blue **Submit Order** button. This will complete your setup request.
