Navigate to the ServiceNow home page. To start, click **Login with your WUSTL Key**.

Next, enter your WUSTL key credentials and click **Login.**

On the **Self Service** screen, click on **My Tickets**.

On the next screen, you'll see your **Open Work Orders**, **Open Custodial Orders**, and **Open Requests**.

Click on the ticket you want to review.

On the next screen, you'll find more information about your ticket.
