Welcome to Access Management System (AMS)!

This system allows you to grant roles for software applications to employees and contractors. Roles grant users different abilities and permissions within GCSD software.

Navigate to [**https://ams.greenville.k12.sc.us/**](https://ams-qc.greenville.k12.sc.us/) and login. Type in your login credentials and click log in. Your login credentials are the same as your GCSD accounts.

This screen displays the AMS home page.

In the top-right corner, you will see your name, location, and AMS role.

When you click your name in the top-right corner, you can change your role (if you have multiple) and switch between locations.

The navigation menu is located on the left-hand side of the screen.

📝**Note:** Changing your role can change what options are available to you in the menu.

When you click on Staff Role Management, this is the screen you will see. Here, you can search for employees and contractors using the fields and filters provided.

Some menu's have multiple options to choose from. In the example below when you select "Non-GCSD Staff" you will notice all of the ways you can manage contractor's accounts.

When you click on Account Management, this is where you can change your password and reset employees’ passwords.
