Join West Sacramento Home Run and Create your Account

An invitation is sent to the email address you entered.

Click "Use your email...."

Click the "Enter your password" field. Click "Create my account and sign me in!"

Review Your Profile and add an Internship

Tip! You can add your first internship now or come back to this step later, through your dashboard tracker.

Click "Employer: My Profile - click on your profile to add/update internship opportunities"

IMPORTANT! A separate internship needs to be created for every unique schedule and each internship added must be approved by Home Run admin before it is offered to students.

Click this text field. Click "Save"

Once submitted, your internship will appear on the right hand side.

To add an additional internship, click "Add new form" to submit another. Please keep in mind that the Employer Profile fields will carry over to all internships so those details only need to be provided once.

Upload an Image for your Internship

Once you've created your internship and are waiting for it to be approved, please add an image or logo to your internship workspace! To do that, click "EMPLOYERS: My Internships waiting for approval - please update logo!"

Open your internship workspace.

Click the image in the upper left hand corner of the workspace to upload your own image.

You can adjust the size and position of your image by using the scale and then clicking on the image to adjust how it sits in the frame.

When you're happy, click "crop and save image" to apply the image to your workspace.

Duplicating an Internship

Tip! Do you have another internship to add that is similar to another internship but just has a few different details? You can duplicate an internship and update the necessary fields/link to your account by following the below steps.

Open your existing internship that is waiting for approval.

Once duplicated, be sure to update your new Internship! First edit the name of it to remove **(duplicate)** and update the title as needed and then save.

Check all of the details and update as needed! Be sure to save each field you update.

Alert! When you duplicate an internship, it doesn't automatically connect to your account. Be sure to update the linked employer under the tasks tab!

To make sure the internship is linked to your account so you can review applications, click on tasks. Then edit the Linked Employer Profile to connect the internship to your account.

Your new internship will now appear in your Tracker. If you do not see it, please contact your site Administrator to help make sure your internship is connected to your profile.

Review Applicants

Once applications are ready to review, you can start by opening the "EMPLOYERS: Applicants Ready to Review."

Open each application to review.

All application fields will be listed under the Details section.

Once you've communicated with the applicant, move the intern through the process by clicking on Tasks and updating the relevant **Intern Onboarding** statuses.

As you progress the intern(s) through the process, you will see the application move through the various Trackers on your dashboard.
