West Sacramento Home Run Intern Guide

Follow these instructions to successfully submit an internship application as a student on the Grouptrail platform. This guide covers everything from initial sign-in to filling out the application details and submitting it and ultimately accepting or declining an internship offer.

Navigate to <https://app.grouptrail.com/signin/22486>

Enter your email address.\ Click "Send me an email to sign in"\ Check your email for link to sign in and create your profile

Clink on the link to get started.

Complete your profile

Complete all the fields in the Registration form that are reuired. Click "Submit"

Review Internships

Click "STUDENTS: Available Internships"

Complete an application

Click "Internship Application"

Click the "Search..." field.

Click "New Marketing Internship"

Click "Submit"

Click "Student"

Review/Update your applications

Update your decision about an offer

To view your applications for internships that have been offered, click **STUDENT: Applications - Position Offered** Tracker. Open your application to accept the offer.

Click "Tasks" and then click on the three bars to update your student decision to accept or decline.

You can then close your application.

Your Internship offer that you've accepted, will now appear in your **Position Accepted!** Tracker.

The other Trackers on your dashboard will update as well based on offered and acceptance status.

Complete all of your required forms!

Click "Informational Interview"
