What to do when you cannot attend a lesson

Navigate to <https://orrett.opus1.io/login> If you’ve logged in previously, please enter your details here.

If you have not logged in yet, click this button to receive a login link by email.

Once in your profile, click **"Cancel"** on the lesson you wish to cancel. **Be sure that you have selected the correct day, time, lesson, & student.**

If you have lesson credits available (applicable to private lesson only) the text will read "*A credit will be issued to {STUDENT NAME}*" You will see this lesson credit on your profile once you click "**Continue with Cancellation**"

If the student DOES NOT have credits available the text will read "*No credit will be issued for this cancellation*" Click "**Continue with Cancellation**"

Click "**Continue**" if you wish to continue with your cancellation.
You have now cancelled your lesson! This will notify your teacher automatically
