Where are my athletes forms?

If your athlete’s HOME screen looks similar to the screenshot below your athlete has accidentally been registered as a parent.

To fix this click **Account Settings**.

Click **Update Name**.

Fill in the name of the parent/guardian and click **Submit** when you are done.

Click **Done** to go back to your homepage.

To add your student/athlete click the Add Student/Athlete button under the parent/guardians name in the upper left corner of you screen.

Fill out all required information for the athlete and then click **Add Member**.

Once back at your homepage click on the student/athlete. You will be taken to their profile and all required forms will be on their homepage below.
If your account was registered before July 2015 or if you an athlete over the age of 18 that does not require a parent to be on the profile please call our support line at 844-234-4357 or leave a support ticket and ask for a user role change.
