Work in Process - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agents) to manage supplements prior to submission from the Work in Process page within the ClearFleet system.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Work In Process" from the IRP sub-menu

Be sure to search for the account you intend to work in\ Learn more about [searching for an account](https://scribehow.com/shared/Account_Lookup__btq-vMq5RuitKi5tT8hC-g?referrer=documents)

Any unsubmitted supplements will load

Work in process supplements can be resumed or deleted

If resumed, supplement will be opened and can be continued

Supplement can also be deleted from the WIP page

Click to confirm the delete

Supplement is deleted and no longer available from the Work in Process page
