Workflows: Edit a Draft

This guide provides clear for deleting a workflow in SalesAi, ensuring users can efficiently manage their workflows. It highlights the critical point that deleted workflows cannot be recovered.

**Active workflows cannot be edited!**

Navigate to [SalesAi](https://app.salesai.com/)

On the left-hand side, click **Workflows.**

Locate the workflow you wish to **Edit.** **Must be in a Draft status.**

Click the **3 little dots** to the right of the desired draft.

Click **Edit Workflow.**

Make any necessary changes to your steps within the **Builder.**

Make any necessary changes within **Settings.**

Make any necessary changes within **Goals.**

If you aren't ready to activate, click the **Save** icon again. If you wish to activate the workflow, click the toggle on to **Publish.**
