Workflows: Establishing Business Hours

This guide is essential for effectively managing your business hours within the SalesAi platform. You can customize workflow timings to ensure that outreach aligns with your operational hours, preventing unwanted contact attempts outside of these times.

Navigate to [SalesAi](https://app.salesai.com/)

On the left-hand side, click **Workflows.**

Select whether you are editing a **Workflow Draft** or **Creating a New Workflow.**

Active Workflows **CANNOT** be edited once activated.

Near the top, click **Settings.**

Click the **toggle** to begin setting your desired business hours. Note: If this is left off, your agent will automatically begin reaching out to contacts as soon as they’re enrolled in the workflow.

Use the drop down arrow to select your **Timezone.**

Next, click **+ Add Day.**

Use the drop down arrow to select your first day: **Monday - Sunday.** **Recommended: Monday - Friday**

Use the drop down arrow to select the **Start Time.** This is when calls stop initiating on that specific day. **Recommended: 9 am**

Use the drop down arrow to select the **End Time.** This is when calls stop initiating on that specific day. **Recommended: 5 pm**

Click **+ Add Day** to continue adding days/times based on your preferences.

Optional: If you need to delete a day, click the **Red Trash Icon** to the right of that desired day.
