User permissions required: Evaluation contributor, evaluation admin

Actions can be added under the "Evaluate" and "Improve" tabs.

To add an action using the "Evaluate" tab, select a focus area and statement that you would like to add an action to.

Click the lightning icon next to the chosen statement - "Actions"

Click "New Action"

Complete the action fields.

You can now set objectives for your actions. For example, objectives might be the priorities from your school or academy improvement plan. If you do not want to set an objective for your action, leave it blank.

Click "Add"

Once complete, click the "tick" icon to mark the action as completed.

When an action is marked as complete you will be prompted to update the evaluation score
