Writing your self assessment comments
1
The two yellow cells are for the practice to complete, the pink cells to the right of them are for the assessors to complete
2
The first cell is a drop down menu, when you think you have 'met' a criteria, you can select 'met'.
3
You can select from multiple options to help you track your progress.
Tip! Using these drop down cells will update your dashboard and help you track your progress. You can learn how to use the dashboard in this how-to guide.
4
Click into the "self assessment" cell to write your comments. This is where you will describe how you have met the criteria.
Uploading your evidence
5
To upload evidence/documents, click on the paperclip symbol
6
Click "Row" as you **always** need to make sure the document is being attached to the correct criteria.
Alert! If you select "Sheet" or "All" instead of "Row", all your files will be attached in a full list. You won't be able to click on an individual criteria and locate the documents relevant to that requirement. It is also a good idea to use recognisable file names.
7
Click "Attach Files to Row 4" (as an example).
