From the **Workflow Order** dropdowns, select the corresponding Workgroup, USER, or IVR Menu for each number.

For sales press 1. - From the dropdown, you would select the Sales Workgroup which might be a simultaneous, round robin, or sequential workgroup or possibly a single user
For onboarding press 2. This might be a single user like a manager, or can be any Workgroup or VM Group Mailbox
For Billing press 3. - route to billing workgroup, mailbox, etc.
