ePRO Alerts & Care Team Responses

Details are available to support a personalized care team response to a specific symptom within the alert banner and throughout the dashboard

Navigate to the patient's alert via the Notifications page or the selected patient's Carevive Dashboard *image updated

Click the "Symptoms" section on the left to view the new symptom information in context with any previous symptom reports

Tip! The Symptoms dashboard section displays an at-a-glance view of the patient-reported symptoms with attributes and trends

Click here for history, attribute details, and filter view options for a specific symptom

Click "Frequency" or other attribute to filter views as desired

Click here to view the data as bar graphs

Click here to navigate back to the ePRO alert information banner

NOTE: Clicking here will minimize the Alert Banner to allow further viewing of dashboard details as needed

See the date the patient reported the ePRO

See the level of the ePRO by patient report

See details for the ePRO level

See the patient's indication of whether or not they want a response for the ePRO alert

Tip! When a patient's answers have triggered a symptom alert, they are asked a question about follow-up to aid the care team member responding to the alert with the additional context. It is at the discretion of the care team to follow up with a call or message to the patient.

NOTE: When the "All" view is selected in the Symptom Alert Banner, previous alerts for the same symptom will display in list form for quick reference of previous reports and responses

To record a response to a symptom alert, Click "--Please Select--"

Select desired response(s) from drop down for each ePRO alert

Tip! One or more alerts may be responded to in a single interaction

Click here to view the patient-facing response language or return to the care team short-hand

Some responses require additional information to complete the item. Click the "-- Please Specify --" field to enter

OPTIONAL: Click "Add Notes/Comments"

OPTIONAL: Enter internal notes (Documentation entered here is not delivered to the patient. See below for entry of comments to be delivered to the patient with the selected response.)

Click "OK" to save

OPTIONAL: Click "Add Notes/Comments"

OPTIONAL: Enter any notes that should be available to the patient with the care team's response to the ePRO alert notification

Click "OK" to save

Tip! Notes/Comments to the patient will appear in the patient's PROmpt® account as "Message from your Provider" preceding any ePRO alert response(s)

Click this dropdown to sign off on the ePRO alert response

Enter your initials if you are not selecting yourself as the reviewer

"Authorize delivery via PROmpt™" is automatically selected for patients with a PROmpt® account

Click the "Generate PDF" field as needed

Click "Acknowledge" to close the ePRO alert and deliver your care team response to the patient

Tip! Patients will receive a text message or email to notify them of your response
