Expensly web login and fiduciary features

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for accessing the Expensly platform and using it as a fiduciary. It simplifies the login process and highlights key features such as transaction management, user selection and settings. Expensly

Go to https://www.expensly.ch/

Click "Anmelden" (Sign in) in the top right. You land directly on the sign-in page of web.expensly.ch.

If you open web.expensly.ch directly, "Loslegen" (Get started) appears first. Click it.

Click "Anmelden" (Log in)

You are now on the "Transaktionen" (Transactions) page. In the top right you choose the organisation if you manage several.

Here you can choose the period.

Filters: search, booking categories, references (if configured in the organisation) and users. The icon next to the user filter shows deleted users, the eye icon hides transactions that were already exported. The button "N zu prüfen" (N to review) shows only transactions with status "Extrahiert" (extracted) that still need to be checked.

"Exportieren" (Export) opens a menu. For bexio organisations you can choose Excel (plus receipt images as a ZIP) or a PDF expense statement ("PDF-Spesenauszug"). For Topal, Abacus and Banana the formats of the respective accounting software are added.

If transactions in the selected period were already exported, Expensly asks: "Bereits exportiert. X von Y Transaktionen wurden bereits exportiert. Trotzdem fortfahren?" (Already exported. Continue anyway?). "Trotzdem exportieren" exports all of them again.

To edit transactions, click here

Click "Speichern" (Save) to save the changes. Click "Abbrechen" (Cancel) to discard them.

Click the gear icon to open the settings.

Here you can change the booking accounts.

Click the circle in the top right to go to the settings of your fiduciary company.

Click "Einstellungen Treuhand" (Fiduciary settings)

In the "Teammitglieder" (Team members) tab you can add more staff of your fiduciary company. **Only for bexio organisations:** in the "bexio" tab you close open expense reports manually ("Spesenabrechnungen jetzt schliessen").

To create a new client, click the circle.

Then click "Neue Organisation anlegen" (Create new organisation)
