Add a new user in Expensly

This guide describes a simple process for adding new users in Expensly, so you can efficiently manage access rights and permissions in your organisation. By following these steps you can quickly onboard new team members and give them access to the Expensly app.

Expensly

Go to <https://www.web.expensly.ch/transactions>

Click the circle in the top right

Click "Einstellungen Organisation" (Organisation settings)

Click "Hinzufügen" (Add)

Fill in all fields

Select the bookkeeping the new user is allowed to see

In the dropdown, select the bookkeeping(s) the new user is allowed to see. Last name, first name and e-mail are required.

Click "Speichern" (Save). The new user receives an e-mail with a temporary password and can sign in. If the number of paid users changes, the dialog "Abonnementänderung" (Subscription change) appears with the pro-rata amount. Click "Bestätigen" (Confirm) and the new user is billed pro rata.
