Create an account and organisation with your bexio login

This guide provides a straightforward process for creating a new Expensly account linked to your Bexio account, making expense management seamless for your organization. Navigate to <https://www.web.expensly.ch> and click "Loslegen" (Get started).

Click "Registrieren"

Click "Mit bexio anmelden"

Set a password: at least 12 characters with upper and lower case letters, a number and a special character. Your name and e-mail are copied from bexio.

Click "Account erstellen"

Enter your confirmation code

Name your Organisation

As a company select "Unternehmen"\ As fidicuary select "Treuhand"

**Invite team members**\ Invite your team members with their Email address and select their function to use the Expensly app too. All team members can record transactions. Your bexio users are suggested automatically, remove or add them as needed. **The following users have additional functions:** - **Organization leader:** Administrator and must enter payment details. - **Administrator:** Can adjust organization settings. - **Team leader:** Has an overview of employee bookings. - **Employee**: Only sees their own bookings.

**Invoicing** Invoicing frequency - Set the frequency of the invoice closing. - **Monthly** The expense invoice is closed every month. - **Every two weeks** The expense invoice is closed every two weeks. - **Manually** The expense invoice is closed manually. **Charge account**\ Account from which expenses are booked for example bank account or credit card account. **Expense reimbursement** - **Off** Employees pay their expenses with a company card. - **On** Employees pay privately and the company reimburses the costs.

**Booking accounts** - **Account number**\ Bexio account number, e.g., 6640 - Travel expenses - **Account name**\ Expense account as displayed in the Expensly app, e.g., Travel Customer Service - **Accounting category**\ Icon displayed in the Expensly app, e.g., Meals - **Account type**\ VAT type, e.g., Investment or Materials[[ ]]

**Tax rates (only with the effective VAT method)** - **VAT code** - **Tax rate** - **Valid from** - **Valid until** - **Tax type - for example Vorsteuer, Investition, übriger Betriebsaufwand**

Select Monthly or Yearly subscription

Fill out payment information. The first 7 days are on us.

Afterwards you get to the Expensly Web Dashboard

To change your organisation and subscription settings, click on the circle in the top right-hand corner
