Click on a reservation from your calendar. This could be an individual booking or a group booking.

Click the "Search add-on" field in the reservation.

Type the name of the add-on that you want to select. Click the add-on.

Add-ons can be inserted manually or can be pre-saved in the add-ons set up section in 'My Property' module.

Manually selecting the Ledger & Revenue Group of the Add-on

It is crucial for accurate revenue reporting in your detailed and daily revenue reports to link your add-ons to corresponding ledgers and revenue groups.

You can make this process automated by linking the add-on to a corresponding ledger and revenue group in the Add-Ons set up section.

When manually linking a ledger to an add-on in a reservation, click this dropdown and select the relevant ledger.

Select:
Alcoholic Beverage
Food
Miscellaneous
VAT High
VAT Low
VAT Zero

Ledgers need to be set up beforehand in the Finance Module under the 'Ledgers' tab.

Each add-on should have a corresponding ledger.

Click this dropdown to select the revenue group of the add-on.

Revenue Groups are like revenue streams. They need to be set up beforehand in the Finance Module under the 'Revenue Groups' tab.

Multiple add-ons can belong to the same revenue group (a one-to-many relationship).\
Examples of revenue groups can be: bar, restaurant, spa, mini bar.

Click the '+' buttons and '-' buttons to add and subtract the add-on to a booking on particular days.

You can now allocate add-ons to specific days. This is beneficial specifically for accuracy on the F&B list, and allocating revenue to report on specific days.

In group bookings, clicking the checkboxes enables you to allocate the add-ons to other rooms in the group booking.

Click on '+' and '-' in the drop downs of the other room types to add this add on for other rooms in the booking.

Click "ADD" to apply the add-ons to the reservation.

Click on this dropdown to expand the booking to view the add-ons for each room type.

You can always edit the add-ons after you have selected by clicking the 'pencil' icon.
