Pro Tip! To follow this guide you will need an Administrator account with 'Site Administration' permissions

Navigate to https://your_|imagen_domain/

Log in with your Administrator account

Click "Search"

Click on a video record

Click "Create"

Consider the ACL to be applied here. 'Everyone' is the default choice
Pro Tip: 1f custom ACL for the Video player is not required you can skip this step To customise advanced ACL it would help to be familiar with 'Smarty' code

Advanced access settings can be set here in Smarty code

Click this dropdown and select 'HLS Video' then click 'Add'

Click this dropdown and select an Image profile to show on screen before the video is played. "Reference Image" is the default option

Click this dropdown and select an Image profile to show on screen before the video is played. "VideoStills" is the default option

Consider if your video should start playing when the page loads. Most customers chose to leave this box Unticked

Click "Create" to create a new 'Media View Instance' for your video Player

Your Video Player will now appear on the record page
