To begin the **Export**, click "**File**", in the top left.

1. Click &gt; "**Open & Export",** then
2. Click &gt; "**Import/Export**"

In the Export wizard,\
choose '**Export to a file**' and click **"Next."**

Select "**Outlook Data File (.pst)**," and click **"Next."**

Select **'Calendar (This computer only)'** and click "**Next.**"

1. Choose '**Downloads**' folder as the saving location.
2. Enter a '**File name.'**
3. Click **"OK."**

- Click **"OK"** to complete the export (do not close outlook immediately). The file will be saved in (%USERPROFILE%\\Downloads) location.
- Repeat steps 2 to 10 for exporting Contact items, if needed.
