Click the "First Name" field and fill out.

Click the "Last Name" field and fill out.

Click "Preferences" tab. Here you can add dietary requirements, preferred room type etc.

Click "Receive Brand Offers?" if the guest has agreed to receive brand offers from you directly i.e. sending out email campaigns.

Click "Receive 3rd Party Offers?" if your guest has agreed to receive third party offers from your OTA's such as Booking.com, Expedia etc.

Here you can fill out the guest's contact details.

Here you can fill out notes specific to the guest. For example, 'guest likes a double bed'.

Click "Email" to show all email correspondence between Hop and the Individual. For example, email confirmation, cancellation, invoices etc.

Click "Stays" - this will show the number of nights that guest has stayed with you.

Click the down arrow next to the surname.

Click "Edit Individual" to edit a profile.

Click here the down arrow next to the surname.

Click "Merge Profile" if you have accidentally created two profiles for the same guest.

Search for the guest's name you wish to merge.

Click "Confirm" to complete the profile merge.

Click the red trash icon to delete an Individual.

Click "Confirm" to complete the deletion of an Individual.
