Embedding media on external sites

Navigate to https://your_imagen_domain/

Log in as a user with permission to edit the record to be shared

Enter a search term to locate your record, or click "Search" to perform a (*) search and locate your record

Click to open the record to be shared

Click "Share Media"

Note that shared media cannot be viewed without user login, as the 'Anonymous' group has not been added to the record ACL. Click "Close"

Click "Edit record"

Click "Public" to open the record ACL permissions

Click the "Enter email address or group…" field. Start typing "Anon" and select the "Anonymous" group that will appear.

Click "Close" to return to the previous screen

Click "Media" and then click "Public" to open the media ACL permissions

Click the "Enter email address or group…" field. Start typing "Anon" and select the "Anonymous" group that will appear.

Select "Can view", or if you want to allow downloads choose "Can view & download"
