Click "Add element" to add your first field. 

Click the "Filter" field and type "text" to pull up the field "Text".

In the label field on the pop up, type "Your Name". This will be a text field where users can type in their name. Click Save and Add Element. 

Now type in "select" to pull up the select field. This will be a dropdown field. Click "Add element"

In element options, you have the option to have a custom, where below you can add your own values for the dropdown. In this case, we will add the pre -made option "Phone type".

Click the "Title" field and label it "Phone Type".

Click the "Title" field and label it "Phone number".

Add "text area". Text area is a larger type field for users to add a long message. 

Click the "Title" field and name it "Subject".

In the description, add "Please enter your message here."

Add "Basic HTML". This field allows you to add your own text for messages to be displayed on the webform. 

Click the "Title" field and add "This is a basic webform."

This description will be the message displayed on the form. 

This basic HTML field area can be used to write messages

We have a text field for "Your Name", a select field dropdown for "Phone Type", a telephone field for phone, a text area field for a user to send a message, and a basic HTML field to add your own message.
