Login to [https://app.hubspot.com/reports-dashboard/2776216/view/8748022](https://app.hubspot.com/reports-dashboard/2776216/view/8748022)

Click the "Search name, phone, or domain" field. Begin typing the organization name to filter results.

Navigate to the far right column, and scroll down until you find "Tickets."

Scroll to search ticket titles. As you can see, there's a ticket called "Activating Apple Pay." This likely means the org is already somewhere in the middle of the Apple Pay setup process.

Click on the ticket title to open the ticket in HubSpot.

Tip! If you're still not sure where the org is at in the process, you can always try doing a quick search in the Slack!
