Click on the 'Customer / Company' dropdown to select a customer

Click the "Project ID" field to enter a project ID

Click on the 'Type Of Work' dropdown to select the type of work relevant to the project

Wall
Column
Support
Slab
Floor
Sidewalk
Patio
Stairs
Driveway

To decide whether to tax the customer on the project, click on the 'Taxable' dropdown and choose from there

Click on the 'Attribute Location For This Project' dropdown to connect the project directly to a yard

Select a address under the 'Address' field by either entering it in the textbox shown below

Or by moving the pin on the map on the righthand side

Click the "PO Number" field to enter a global PO number to the project

Note! A unique PO number can be entered for a order in the project during its creation at the bottom of the page, but if no PO number is entered then it will default to the global PO number of the project

To enter a work order number, click the "Work Order Number" field.

And to enter a start and end date to the project, click on the boxes shown below

Once you're done entering the necessary information, click on 'Next'

Note! When creating a new project, the only mandatory fields are 'Project Name', 'Customer / Company', and 'Type Of Project'. Once those are entered, you will see the 'Next' button appear

In the next page, you will be able to add any additional information on the project. Be aware that customers will be able to see what is entered.

Customer prefers trucks to be spaced 30 minutes apart

To add any additional notes with time stamps, click on the '+' icon shown below

To delete any additional notes, click on the trash can icon shown below

The project status can be updated from upcoming to active during the project creation, allowing for orders to be placed in it

If a start date has been added to the project, you can setup a notification for 'X' days ahead of time to alert yourself on it in the box shown below

Here you can edit what taxes you'd like to keep or take off for orders in the project

Click on checkbox to toggle the tax on or off

On the final page, you can set custom pricing on product categories, products, fees, and options

Click "FINISH" to save and complete the creation of the project

Now your new project will show up in the dashboard!
