Enter the estimated cost of any **miscellaneous expenses**, if any.

1. Enter the **total** amount you are requesting
2. Enter the **primary speedtype** that the prior approval travel request form will charge.
3. If there are subsequent speedtypes that are to be charged:
   1. enter speedtype
   2. enter amount
   3. upload an **email** from the speedtype **approver** giving you authorization to charge their speedtype.

Approval for international travel must be obtained through the International Travel Office PRIOR TO completing the Prior Approval Travel Request Form.

2. Upload all forms

1. Once complete, click on the "I'm not a robot" **box**.
2. Click on the **submit** button.

After submission, you and your travel proxy will receive an email.  The travel proxy will use this information and input it to the T&E system.
