If you want to copy an order, for an example to do an exchange or recreating an order you can do this within Canary7. You can either copy the order entirely or just the name/address etc and then add new items.

Navigate to [https://rapidpack.canary7.com](https://rapidpack.canary7.com)

Click "Shipping Enquiry" and then search for the order you wish to copy

Click "..." on the order you want to copy

Click "Copy Header Only" to copy just the name, address and contact details. This creates a new blank order ready to add the items. Or click 'header and details' to copy the whole order including the items.

If you selected "Copy header only" after loading, Click "Next"

You will arrive on the courier page where you can change the shipping service if required

Click "Add Items" to add the items to the order

Click this dropdown and select "Global Rule"

All done. Remember - if you want to copy the whole order, as is, just click Copy Header and Details to make an exact copy of the order. Either way the new order number will be same number as before but with ##1 at the end, so you can find the linked/previous order again in future.
