In the email you received from OISS (i.e. "Lee, Mihwa shared the folder "LASTNAME, Firstname Beneficiary" with you"), click the link to open the folder.

If the email invitation was sent to a Yale email address, they you will be asked to sign in with your Yale credentials. After doing so, skip to step 8.

If the email invitation was sent to a non-Yale email, enter it here, then click "Next"

Go to your email, and open the email with the subject "Your Yale University account verification code".

Paste the code you received, and click "Sign in".

If this is your first time accessing Yale's Sharepoint, you may be asked to review and accept the Terms of Service. Click "Accept".

Review the terms of use by clicking this gray box.

Now you can see the folder that OISS sent you. Click "Upload".

Be sure that your documents are in PDF format, are NOT password protected, and have the document type in the title (I-94, DS-2019, etc.).

Find the required documents you need to upload and double-click on one, or select multiple items at once while holding the Shift key, then click the Open button.

If the upload was successful, you will now see the file(s) in this folder.

After a new folder is created (for the EB visa beneficiary), you will be sent an email invitation to with access your personal beneficiary documents folder and instructions to upload your required documents here.
