Navigate to the Exception Management or Feedback Management list. 

To add a comment to multiple items, click the multiselect boxes on the left hand side of the list. 

Once you have selected all the items you want to add a comment on, move to the next step. 

The More Options menu should appear at the top of the list. 

On the very right hand side, you should see the empty Comments icon. 

Click the icon to add a comment to the items you have selected.

Click the "Enter Comment" field. Enter your comment for the items you have selected. 

Click the X icon to exit the Comments fly out. 

Your comments have been added to the items.

There is now a note saying that "Bulk Comment Added".
