Connecting theBOSSapp to your Microsoft Account

Sign into your Microsoft account using administrator credentials.

Click the "Consent on behalf of your organisation" checkbox.

You will now see confirmation that your Microsoft account is integrated with theBOSSapp. 

Next Section: Choose Which Roles Sync to Microsoft

Click the Position that you would like to sync to Microsoft.

After clicking the position title, you should see a label saying 'Synced' appear below it.

Select the button with three dots to open the license dialog box.

Click on the licences that you would like to assign to the selected position.

Once you've finished allocating licences, you can close the license pop up.

Enter the email format you would like to use.

This is about creating a consistent email address format for your organization. An example could be ${first_name}.${last_name}@yourcompany.com.

In this template:

${first_name} is the person's first name.
${last_name} is the person's last name.
Other available variables are ${first_name_first_letter} and ${last_name_first_letter}, representing the first letter of a person's first and last name, respectively.

You can mix these variables to create a unique and suitable email format for your organization. For instance, ${first_name_first_letter}.${last_name}@yourcompany.com could give [j.doe@yourcompany.com](mailto:j.doe@yourcompany.com) for John Doe.
