You can see a new entry in below database.

Now, enter "Minimum days to meet again" with Sam

Assuming you've taken a meeting with Sam 2-3 weeks back, select a date.

Since it's been a long you've met Sam, you will be prompted to "🔴 Schedule a 1:1 ASAP"

Now, Schedule the meeting via calendar invite to "Sam" (non-recurring) 

Now, check the property "Meeting Scheduled" as you have scheduled the meeting with Sam

As you Check the property, you'll be prompted by message "1:1 is Scheduled 👍"

Now "Click" on "Open" to Start your 1:1 meeting

Click "Share" to share this 1:1 Meeting page with Sam 

Click the highlighted button to start the meeting.

Click ↖️ here to start your first 1:1 Meeting

You'll be prompted with a full fledged 1:1 Meeting template. Click "New meeting" to start the meeting.

Click highlighted button to get idea of "What to talk about in 1:1s"

After the meeting ends, Change "Last 1:1 Happened" to today's date

Changed "Last 1:1 Happened" to today's date

Also Uncheck "Meeting Scheduled?" property, to get prompted in future about your next 1:1 meeting
