To start the Import , click "**File**" in the top left.

1. Click &gt; "**Open & Export",** then
2. Click &gt; "**Import/Export**"

In the Import wizard, \
choose '**Import from another program or file**,' and click **"Next."**

Select "**Outlook Data File (.pst)**," and click **"Next."**

1. Select **'Downloads'** Folder ( or the location of file)
2. Select the **'File'** to import, i.e. "Calendar backup" or "Contacts backup"
3. Click **"Open."**

Click **'Finish'** to complete the import of Calendar items.\

**Note:** Wait for a while before closing the Outlook app, and If needed for contacts items, repeat steps 2 to 9.
