[[Please Note:]] Users who already have access to a folder will have access to any sub-folders saved within it, to stop this; 
Click "Change" to view the inheriting option. 

Click the "Keep member as an added user" field to un-tick it. 

To share the folder search for the recipients name in the "Add people and groups" field.

This pop-up will appear after a successful copy. 
Paste the URL link into a message to your chosen recipients.
