Navigate to https://your_imagen_domain/

Log in as a user with edit permissions on a record, or permission to create a new record

Click "Create record"

Click "Public" to edit permissions

Click "Set access duration"

Click the "Start" field to set when the access will begin

Select a date

Click the "End" field to set when the access will terminate

Select a date

When finished, click the close button to return to your record edit or creation
