Use the Dropdowns and Options to select the parameters for your report. Each report will have different settings.

You can hold down Ctrl (or Cmd on a Mac) to select multiple options from the lists.

In order to schedule a report, you will need to click the "Save this report configuration" field.

As well as give this report a unique name.

Click "Run Report". You will notice that "Schedule Report" is greyed out and not clickable at the moment, we will come back here in a few steps.

Once the report finished generating we recommend checking it to make sure its what you need it to be. under **Completed Reports**, click "here to download"

If a report has a saved version you will now see the black arrow next to it, to access your saved reports, click on this black arrow.

Here you will see all the options that you previously selected.

You will see some options, you can run this report again with your same settings (Green Arrow), you can delete the saved report if it wasn't what you needed or you are no longer using it (Red Arrow) or you can click Schedule Report (Orange Arrow) to schedule an emailed report.

Run First Start Last Stop - To Be Scheduled Report

You can modify the report options for this run if you like. If the report has options, you may only schedule it after it has been saved (using the checkbox) and run an initial time. Click "Run Report" (at the bottom right) when you are ready to generate your report.

First Start Last Stop - To Be Scheduled

Displays assets broken down by group, showing the time and place of the first ignition for the day, as well as their last. This report also lists total hours vehicle was in use for that day. Please note, this report is intended for cellular devices.

This is based on the First Start Last Stop - Excel report.
