Log into your Syncro account and navigate to the Admin tab. This may be directly on your tab bar or under the "more" option.

Once in the Admin section navigate to "Account Profile". This will be located on the left-hand portion of the page under "Syncro Administration"

This is where you can update all of your payment information. To add or update bank details for ACH, click on the "ACH" button as shown below.

We do not store more than one payment method on file at a time. Entering a new payment method will override the current payment method on file.

Enter all of your banking and payment details. Once you are done click on "Confirm".

The address entered here needs to be the address that the bank account is under. If the address added is not the address the bank has on file the bank will decline the request after it has been submitted.

A pop-up will appear and ask you to verify the payment information you entered is correct. If you need to go back to the prior page and make changes, you can select "cancel". 

The pop-up will have some information regarding our terms of service and policies. Please thoroughly read through everything before moving forward.

A secondary confirmation module will appear to verify the information entered is correct. This also goes over our terms of service and consent information specific to ACH payments. Please thoroughly read through the module.

I give Syncro consent and authorize Syncro to debit payment(s) from the bank account indicated In accordance with your agreement with Syncro for the use of the Syncro Services (Syncro Service Terms). Details of this transaction will be provided on an invoice via email notification. Please ensure the details you have provided are correct and confirm you would like to set up this ACH Debit Authorization. By selecting confirm, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the below outlined authorization.

An ACH Debit transaction can be revoked within 24 hours of initiating by contacting Syncro at billing@syncromsp.com with the subject "Revoke ACH Authorization" or by calling us at +1 415-523-6363. Requests to revoke authorization must come directly from either the main email associated with your account or an email associated with an active Admin User.

In the event you decide to revoke your ACH debit authorization for future transactions, we require a minimum of 5 business days notice prior to your next billing service date. Please note that any scheduled debits due during this time may still be honored and will not be eligible for a refund. Please review our Service Terms for further details.

Once you've read through the terms and verified your information is correct, you can click "update" to finalize the process.  

Selecting "update" will complete the process and the ACH authorization request will be sent to your bank. It can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for your bank to approve the authorization and approve the transaction.

How to Update Your Payment Method Via The Subscription Invoice Page

The Subscription Invoices page includes all of your current subscription information, payment details, invoices, and more.

Select the Edit option next to "Billing information" 

You can update your current payment information or change your payment method here.

If you would like to use ACH as your payment method going forward click on the dropdown as shown below and select "Bank Account". The page will expand and you will be able to enter your banking information.

Please note there is typically no "success" notice. You can go back to or refresh your Subscription Invoices page and the new payment information will show.

If you receive an error message this is due to the system finding an error in the information you've given or due to the bank telling us to issue a decline. 

If the bank has told us to decline the request there will typically be an error code shown that will state the reason for the failure. If you have double checked that all information is correct your next step should be to contact your bank. 

Your bank is the  decision maker when a payment request is made and we only relay the message they've sent us. The bank should be able to tell you if and why they declined the request.
