iX Troubleshooting

    Organizations integrated through iDonate's Integration Exchange (iX) have access to their Transaction History through GMS. This section can be used to troubleshoot common requests such as why donation did not sync to their CRM (Salesforce, Virtuous, etc.) and can help clarify whether resolution should fall to iDonate or the org's CRM Admin.
