To avoid charging the credit card for agents on autopay, you set both the **Invoice Date** and the **Due Date** as the **Cutover Date**, which should be a past date. This ensures the system doesn’t process a new payment request, as it sees the invoice as already due. By using a past date, it effectively skips the autopay feature for those agents.
