1. Meeting Transcriptions

Videosign can generate a transcription of the conversation that takes place during a meeting.

Transcriptions provide a written record of what was discussed and can support compliance and record keeping.

The transcription will include 3 parts:

• Full transcript

• Summary

• Key action points

2. Identity Verification (IDV)

Videosign is integrated with identity verification providers to add an additional layer of security to the signing process.

This allows users to verify the identity of participants before documents are signed.

Identity verification services are provided through trusted integration partners:

• OneID

• Daon

3. Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES)

Videosign supports Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES), the highest level of electronic signature under UK and EU regulations.

4. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

You can send a 2FA code via SMS to participants. They will need to enter the code they have received before they can access the meeting.
