Getting Started with Triton ULTRA and Triton Cloud

Every Triton Cloud subscription includes professional configuration and onboarding. Our team will handle the initial setup of the Triton Cloud account and provide a virtual training session to ensure the users know how to get the most value from the sensors.

Step 1: Install Devices and Record Setup Information

As you install each Triton ULTRA device, carefully record the following information in the Triton ULTRA Cloud Setup Excel Sheet:

  • Device location/name (i.e. friendly name - ex. Girls Bathroom First Floor)

  • MAC address (printed on the device label)

  • Alert contact details (name, email, and cell phone number)

Important: Devices will not register to Triton Cloud until they are:

  • Physically installed

  • Plugged into the network

  • Connected to the internet with firewall settings properly configured

Be sure to track the information during installation—this ensures everything is accurate and ready for setup.

Device Placement/Firewall Configuration:

Please ensure:

  • The installation and placement guidelines (below) are followed for optimal accuracy.

  • The network is properly configured per the firewall setup guide (below) so the sensors can communicate with Triton Cloud.

Step 2: Submit the Completed Setup Sheet

Once all devices are installed and online, email the completed Excel sheet to [email protected]. Triton will use this to configure your Triton Cloud account and finalize the setup.

Refer to the Installation & Device Placement Guide and Firewall Configuration Guide below to ensure proper deployment and connectivity.
