Reporting Inaccurate Employment Information on LinkedIn

This guide shows exactly what you must have and do to get LinkedIn to remove or correct a false company employment listing: you need Super Admin rights, a filled support form with screenshots and a signed letter on company letterhead, a typed full-name digital signature, and how to submit, track, bookmark, reply to, or close the resulting case for follow-up.

You MUST be a 'Super Admin' of the page you're attempting to report on. If you are not, LinkedIn will NOT be able to assist on this request.

Submit Case

Navigate to <https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/ask/TS-NFPI>

Fill out form fields. Select appropriate answers.

Click "Add an attachment" to upload: - screenshot of the profile in question - signed statement on company letterhead explaining the situation in detail

**Type '***your full name'* to "digitally sign" form. **Click** "*Submit*"

Review Open Case

**Click** "View your case"

**Bookmark** the case URL for future reference. **Review** the details of the case. - Close the case if you no longer need it open. - Reply to Support using this form.
