Everything in this section can be done from ~ 9 months out from the next edition of your show.

Enhance your online profile

Your profile is active for months before the event, giving visitors to the event website the opportunity to see your products, solutions, news and job ads outside of their time at the show. Making sure your profile is up to date will help drive traffic and increase brand awareness.

Make sure to complete these steps ~ 9 months before the event.

Invite your clients and prospects

Inviting your clients, prospects and network to the show is a key element of your EasyGo package. Visitors are over 15% more likely to attend the show if they are invited by an exhibitor, and you can keep track of people who have registered as your guest in real time.

These features are available from ~ 6 months before your event, once visitor registration is live.

Manage your stand

This section covers how to add your staff as stand personnel, how to access and use the webshop and more.

You can register stand personnel from ~ 4 months out from the show. Make sure to note the date the webshop closes on My Easyfairs to ensure your orders are accepted.

Setting up and using lead-generation tools

You will need to set up your Smart Badge readers 3 weeks before the show at the latest. If you want your readers to link directly to your company profile then you don't need to worry about setting them up!

You can access the lead-scanning app on your phone via the Show App.

Accessing your leads

You can access your leads scanned with Visit Connect immediately. You will get access to your Smart Badge touchpoint leads the day after the show closes. Find out how to export both types of lead here.
