Logging into AbilityLMS Using CSUSM Single Sign On

Definitions

  • Learner: The individual user profile in AbilityLMS. The data and information for each learner profile is derived from Peoplesoft.

  • Course: A training material offered in AbilityLMS. Courses can be delivered using a web-based format or via instructor-led.

  • Enrollments: Courses that learners (or an LMS administrator) have registered the learner in.

  • KPI Dashboard: A visual format for learners to use to review current training statuses.

  • Learning Track: A bundle or curriculum of courses that are organized based on different criteria (i.e. job duties, role on campus, etc.).

  • Requirements: Automatic assignments of learning tracks that a learner is required to complete based on specific factors (i.e. workplace exposures, role on campus, job duties, etc.).

  • Transcript: Historical training record of a learner.
