Triaging Work Orders

Low Priority Reactive/Planned work orders and Preventive Maintenance orders for REO properties and REO trades are triaged by the REO Property Managers, based on area of responsibility (Commercial, Sachem, Residential, etc.).

High Priority work orders are automatically triaged by the Facilities Customer Service center and dispatched accordingly.
