OEX Service Provider User Guide - EN

Only service providers working on Project Management and Service Provider Support (PMSPS) projects are required to submit invoices to Ontario Exchange (OEX) on a monthly basis during the progress reporting period. The reporting period opens on the 15th of the month and closes on the last day of the month.
