INCOMPLETE- SENT INITIAL AUDIT AND HAVE 7 DAYS TO COMPLETE REQUEST OR DATA SUBMISSION IS IN REVIEW OR THE DCM TEAM HAS SENT AN EMAIL REQUESTING CLARIFICATION OR MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR SUBMISSION. THESE REQUESTS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS
UNSATISFACTORY- RESERVED FOR CONTRACTORS WHO FAIL TO SUBMIT DATA OR DIDN’T MEET THE RANDOM RATE OR COVERED LISTS OR HAVE NO D & A TESTING PROGRAM IN PLACE. D & A PROGRAM DEEMED NON-COMPLIANT.
IN REVIEW- CONTRACTORS’ DATA IS IN SUBMISSION FOR THE DCM TEAM TO REVIEW SUBMISSION. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES ON YOUR DATA SUBMISSION AND DATA IS IN REVIEW CLICK ON THE ACCOUNT/UPDATE TAB ON DCM REPORTING WEBSITE AND REQUEST YOUR DATA TO BE RELEASED BACK.
