You can use the filters to find more easily the person whose offboarding is to be modified

For example, use the ‘Columns’ drop-down list to select ‘Type’, then type the first few letters of the word ‘offboarding’ in the ‘Value’ field

Once you've found the person you're looking for, click on the ‘**...**’ to see the details

You can use the interactive calendar to change the employee's departure date

The information is then summarised in this window:

Please note! Synchronisation takes place automatically at night, and in the event of urgent offboarding (for the following day), you will need to synchronise your fleet manually.

To do this, go to the ‘Employees’ tab and click on ‘Synchronise your fleet’

You can check that the changes have been made by clicking on this icon:

By clicking on the ‘order’ button, you will obtain all the information relating to this user as well as any changes made
