Create a new opportunity in Salesforce

Navigate to your Account

Click "New Opportunity"

Click the "Primary Contact" field.

Select your primary contact

Choose the date picker next to Close Date.

Select your estimated Close Date (I usually say 30-45 days out)

Click the "Brand Lookup - Select the Brand this Lead is interested in purchasing\*" field.

Select your choice

Click the "Amount" field.

Enter the estimated amount of the item they are interested in learning about based on the metrics (size, records, giving volume)

Select their product interest

Enter the Est. Annual Online Giving
