Click "Marketing & Services"

Click "Add Opportunity"

Select a task Category

Tip! Recommended to use the Sales-Other to easily identify all your invoicable items. This category is not seen anywhere in the system by other users.

Click "Sales - Other"

Select the ledger account you want this item to track too.

Create the name of this item

Tip! The name field is what will show in the dropdown for available items to create invoice for.

Click the box for 'Restricted for Admin Invoicing'

While description is a required field, you can put a 'space' in this field to satisfy requirement.

Click "Save"
Verify Item is available under invoices

Click "Open Invoices"

Click "New Invoice"

Click "Invoice item" dropdown

Verify the new item is available
