Start typing your address and then select when it automatically appears in the list.
Click the "Address" field.
Enter your email address.
Click "View my ballot"

Select the election you want to see a sample ballot of issues, people, and offices that are to be voted on.
The screen will also tell you how many days until the election. This can be important when requesting an absentee ballot or registering to vote. Most states have a deadline to do both.

Select if you want just the basic information or detailed information about the election and the candidates. In this tutorial, 'Detailed' was selected.
Then click 'Go'.

Click on a candidate or ballot issue. In this example, Ed Harbison is selected.

Click on the icon to learn more about the district the politician represents.
Ballotpedia will open the entry it has on the candidate.

If there is addition information, Ballotpedia will list it. In this example, there is no information listed because he did not fill out the Ballotpedia's Candidate Connect Survey. However, there is contact information listed when the user scrolls down.

Scrolling further will provide information on how Ballotpedia obtains its information.
